ATTENDING OR WATCHING MEETINGS

BOE meetings are held in the MS/HS Cafeteria. The Board convenes at 6pm and goes into closed session for confidential matters. The public meeting begins at 7pm.

MATERIALS FOR MEETINGS

To see the Agenda and materials for each meeting go to:

Find the date for the meeting and click on the "Agenda" for that meeting. 

Materials are typically released on the Friday afternoon before the meeting.

PUBLIC COMMENTS

Public comments may only be made by people attending the meeting in person in the MS/HS Cafeteria.

There are typically 2 comment periods at each meeting: one in the beginning and one at the end.

At "Committee of the Whole (COW)" meetings, the public may only comment on items on the Agenda.

At "Regular" meetings, the public may comment on agenda items in the first comment period and any topic during the second comment period.

The Agenda will reference whether it is a COW meeting or a Regular Session meeting.
